Thanks to a real time video feedback of running parameters we are able to privide the runners with a neuromuscular running technique training with unprecedent quickest result in running performance improvement.
The runners will be able to check and adjust in real time their running parameter and running technique by looking at the screen positioned in front of them.

Our pressure sensitive treadmill is able to provide us with a 3D foot pressure scan of each single step during running.
Three high-resolution cameras are positioned on the back ( one at the hip and shoulders level and the second one at the feet level ) and front of the treadmill. They will provide video of all the runners’ limbs during running for an accurate assessment.
The video screen in front of the runner will provide a real time feedback of many running parameters and running technique.
We have designed a running technique training method that is unique for its effiency and volocity to get running technique improvement.
Before our running technique training the runner needs to be assessed with our high-tech running analysis that utilise the same gait analysis system mentioned above.
After our thorough running assessment , we will provide the runner with a full report where are evidenced both running technique issues and postural issue.
In this report we provide an exercise plan and tips to improve running technique and body posture that can effect running performance as well.
